The Freefly Systems Alta X is a heavy lift drone designed to lift cinema cameras on our Movi Pro. It boasts an impressive flight time of up to 20 mins with a RED or Alexa Mini and speeds upwards of 100 km/h.

We understand that resolution and high quality images matter; that is why we are the only drone cinematography company in Alberta that is flying a RED EPIC-W with a HELIUM 35.4 Megapixel CMOS sensor. Our RED camera films in 30 fps at 8K resolution, 75 fps at 6K resolution, 120 fps at 4K resolution, and in 16-Bit RAW. Additionally, our RED has an incredible 16.5+ stops of dynamic range, data rates up to 275 MB/s, and comes equipped with stabilization hardware attached to our drone, allowing SmartDrones to easily accommodate your aerial cinematography needs, now more affordable than ever before.
The DJI Inspire 2 is our more compact platform. Equipped with our Zenmuse X7, (Which films in 6K Raw CinemaDNG and 5.2K Apple ProRes with 14 Stops of Dynamic Range and can capture 24MP Stills) the Inspire 2 allows us to capture cinema-grade footage in temperatures too cold and spaces too tight for our larger platforms. Due to its clear-cut design, our pilots can have the Inspire ready to fly in under 5 minutes with the flights lasting up to 27 minutes. This revolutionary new drone has made cinema grade aerials more accessible and compact than they have ever been.
