SmartDrones is equipped & experienced working alongside the main unit of a production. We can also be broken up into a self-contained second unit team to capture footage after a creative briefing.

SmartDrones carries $3 million in liability insurance, which is 30 times the minimum amount previously required by Transport Canada.

The Inspire 2 is versatile new drone that has made cinema grade aerials more accessible then they have ever been. The compact design allows for fast deployment and the ability to quickly relocate. The X7 camera has a Super 35 Sensor that shoots 6K RAW in CinemaDNG with 14 Stops of Dynamic Range.
The DJI Matrice 600 Pro is a heavy lift hexacoptor designed to lift cinema cameras and gimbal systems. It boasts 3 GPS units and Intelligent flight batteries providing the flying platform with a secure and accurate GPS signal with triple redundancy and protection from battery failure.
